News from the Beta Group April 12, 2010 - The process so far....
We have had tremendous response from our select user group to the initial round of surveys. So far we have been focusing on developing the Change Leader's Roadmap into a change palnning and management application. Our users evaluated features that would allow the creation of customized change process plans tailored to the unique needs of any given change initiative, and then track and monitor the progress of the initiative through the custiomized plan. The results of the surveys indicated a strong alignment to our proposed plans for this full application version of the CLR.
Later this month we will begin to focus on the CLR as a change leadership training and educational resource. Our users will be asked to evaluate plans to tailor the content and navigation towards training and education tools and modules. They will assist in this process by actively using the proposed educational tools and modules in real-time to assess the products ability to develop their change leadership capabilities in support of current and ongoing change projects. This will be an exciting opportunity to evaluate proposed products in real life situations.
